Who it enrols
Patients with ADPKD and a subset of PKD1 gene variants, Mayo imaging classification 1B-1E, and eGFR >= 25 mL/min/1.73m^2, without history of other kidney diseases, transplants, or recent/planned renal replacement therapy.
