Phase 1, open-label trial of anti-CD19 CAR-T cells in hematologic malignancy (3 arms), sponsored by National Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Safety of anti-CD19 CAR T-cell therapy in combination with HLA-haploidentical HCT at 28 days and 1 year relapse and survival outcomes at the maximum tolerated dose.
