Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of dendritic cell vaccine (frameshift-derived neopeptides) in Lynch syndrome (LS), sponsored by Fundació Clínic per a la Recerca Biomèdica. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants with grade 3-4 related adverse events at 12 months and Proportion of participants with specific frameshift-derived neoantigens immune response induced by DC-DELAY as measured in peripheral blood by ELISpot assay at 12 weeks.
