Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) comparing Arginine Hydrochloride 30 g IV + Standard DKA Care with Placebo (0.9% Saline) IV + Standard DKA Care (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in endogenous insulin secretion (C-peptide/glucose ratio) at 90 minutes. Started Dec 2025; status: recruiting.
