Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of succinylated gelatin in sepsis and Intra-abdominal infection (IAI) (2 arms), sponsored by Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. Primary endpoints: Net fluid balance within 24 hours after surgery and Proportion of patients achieving hemodynamic stability within 24 hours after surgery. Started Feb 2026; status: recruiting.
