Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of BZE2204 in idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM), immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), sponsored by Shanghai Cell Therapy Group. Primary endpoints: Frequency and severity of adverse events (AE) and serious adverse events (SAE) at 6 months and Frequency of dose-limiting toxicity at 28 days. Started Sep 2025; status: recruiting.
