Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of capivasertib in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL), sponsored by Princess Máxima Center for Pediatric Oncology. Primary endpoints: Maximum Tolerated Dose / Recommended Phase 2 Dose at 2 years and Best Overall Response Rate at 4 years. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
