Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) comparing Standard of Care with High-dose ascorbate + Standard of Care (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Dose-limiting toxicities at 28 days and Composite complete remission rate at 3 years. Started Mar 2026; status: recruiting.
