Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in intertrochanteric femur fracture (ITF) and muscle atrophy comparing Placebo tablets with Metformin tablets (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Mid-thigh size at 16 weeks. Started Sep 2025; status: enrolling by invitation.
