Open-label, single-arm trial of Onabotulinumtoxina + hydrogel in strabismus, sponsored by Foundation University Islamabad. Primary endpoint: Change in Strabismus Angle in Prism Diopters (PD) in the Primary Position at 1 year. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
