Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of vincristine sulfate liposome injection, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, ifosfamide, actinomycin D and 5 more in Ewing sarcoma and CIC-rearranged sarcoma, sponsored by Moffitt Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Feasibility and Safety - Consolidation at 16 months and Feasibility and Safety - Maintenance at 16 months. Started Feb 2026; status: recruiting.
