Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of henagliflozin in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), sponsored by Fujian Medical University Union Hospital. Primary endpoint: Fibrosis-4 Index at 48 weeks. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
