Randomised, double-blind trial in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) comparing Diacerein with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Intrahepatic Lipid Content by MRI-PDFF at 6 months. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
