Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of mepolizumab in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) (3 arms), sponsored by Eye and ENT Hospital of Fudan University. Primary endpoints: Sino-Nasal Outcome Test-22 at 12 months and Nasal Congestion Score at 12 months. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
