Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of surovatamig in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Number of participants with treatment-emergent adverse events, serious adverse events, adverse events of special interest at 52 weeks, Frequency of dose limiting toxicities at 52 weeks and 4 more.
