Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of quabodepistat in Rifampicin-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (RR-PTB) and pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) (4 arms), sponsored by Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants with an unfavorable outcome at 12 months and Proportion of participants with significant treatment-emergent adverse events up to 28 weeks.
