Phase 3, randomised trial in cough comparing Dexmedetomidine + Magnesium Sulfate with Dexmedetomidine + Lidocaine (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Severity of postoperative cough at 24 hours. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
