Overview
Randomised, single-blind trial of metformin 1% gel in periodontitis (3 arms), sponsored by Kafrelsheikh University. Primary endpoints: Gingival Crevicular Fluid MMP-8 Levels at 3 months, Clinical Attachment Level at 6 months and 1 more. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
