Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of decitabine in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), sponsored by Case Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Pharmacodynamics data on the effects of decitabine, as measured by change in global DNA methylation status at Day 8, Immunogenicity of decitabine in combination with nivolumab, as measured by change in immunologic biomarkers at Day 8 and 2 more. Planned start Jan 2026; status: withdrawn.
