Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of bimatoprost in open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and ocular hypertension (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Mean Intraocular Pressure Reduction from Baseline at 3 months and Best Corrected Distance Visual Acuity 20/40 or better at 6 months. Started Oct 2025; status: recruiting.
