NEPHRON: Finerenone vs FDC of ER Torsemide and Spironolactone in Hypertension and CKD

Phase 3, randomised trial of torasemide and spironolactone in hypertension (HTN) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Net Clinical Benefit (NBC) with Systolic Blood Pressure reduction at 12 weeks, Net Clinical Benefit (NBC) with Urine Albumin-to-Creatinine Ratio reduction at 12 weeks and 1 more.
