Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of SC-CAR.GPC3xIL15.21 in solid tumor, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), Liposarcoma and 2 more, sponsored by Seattle Children's. Primary endpoints: Number of successfully manufactured SC-CAR.GPC3xIL15.21 T cell products at 28 days and Frequency of adverse events based on CTCAE at 42 days.
