Overview
Phase 1 trial of pozelimab in geographic atrophy (GA) (2 arms), sponsored by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Occurrence of ocular Treatment-Emergent Adverse Event (TEAEs) in the study eye at 16 weeks and Occurrence of systemic Treatment-Emergent Adverse Event (TEAEs) at 16 weeks.
