Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of zanidatamab in rectal cancer, gastric cancer (GC), gastroesophageal junction cancer and 1 more (3 cohorts). Primary endpoints: Complete Response Rate at 18 weeks, Pathological Complete Response Rate at 15 weeks and 1 more. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
