Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of morphine in sickle cell disease (SCD), vaso-occlusive crisis (VOC) and acute chest syndrome (ACS), sponsored by University Hospital Tours. Primary endpoints: Therapeutic failure at 24 hours and Glomerular filtration rate according to the CKD-EPI formula at 5 minutes. Started Mar 2026; status: recruiting.
