Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of semaglutide and dapagliflozin in coronary artery disease (CAD) and prediabetes (3 arms), sponsored by National Institute of Cardiology. Primary endpoints: Effect of GLP-1 analogue treatment on coronary artery disease progression at 24 months and Effect of flozin treatment on the progression of coronary artery disease at 24 months.
