Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of trilaciclib in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), sponsored by Sun Yat-sen University. Primary endpoint: Prevalence of grade 3 neutropenia during cycle 1-2 of chemotherapy treatment at 6 months. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
