Overview
Phase 3, open-label trial of barzolvolimab in chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) (2 arms), sponsored by Celldex Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Time to disease worsening or treatment failure based on the occurrence of UAS7 of 16 or greater at 52 weeks, Time to disease worsening or treatment failure based on the occurrence of the discontinuation of barzolvolimab at 52 weeks and 1 more.
