Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of S-1 + oxaliplatin, docetaxel + oxaliplatin + S-1, FLOT, Capecitabine + oxaliplatin, FOLFOX and 1 more in gastric adenocarcinoma and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (2 arms), sponsored by Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. Primary endpoint: Recurrence-Free Survival up to 2 years. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
