Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of nicotinamide in Leber hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON), sponsored by Centre Hospitalier Universitaire d'Angers. Primary endpoint: Efficacy of administering 2 grams per day of nicotinamide at 12 months. Planned start Apr 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
