Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of HY001N in Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD), myasthenia gravis (MG), Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculopathy (CIDP) and 3 more, sponsored by Juventas Cell Therapy Ltd. Primary endpoints: Dose-Limiting Toxicities at 28 days and Adverse Events/Serious Adverse Events at 36 months. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
