Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) comparing Placebo -> Ivarmacitinib with Ivarmacitinib (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients with CRP PMR-AS <=10 without oral glucocorticoid use at 12 weeks. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
