Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of anti-CD19/BCMA CAR T-cells in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), sponsored by Ucello Biotechnology. Primary endpoints: Dose limited toxicity at 28 days and CAR-T-related adverse events at 28 days. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
