Randomised, double-blind trial in postoperative pain comparing SCPB with Dexmedetomidine Adjuvant with SCPB with Placebo/No Adjuvant (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Time to First Request for Opioid Analgesia (PCA Button Press) at 24 hours. Started Jul 2025; status: completed.
