Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of ivarmacitinib in atopic dermatitis (AD), sponsored by Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. Primary endpoint: Percentage of Participants Achieving at Least a 75% Reduction in Eczema Area and Severity Index Score at 16 weeks. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
