Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of bupivacaine hydrochloride 0.75% injection and dexmedetomidine in postoperative pain (2 arms), sponsored by University of South Alabama. Primary endpoint: Number of Participants with Moderate-to-Severe Pain (FLACC Score >=4) During PACU Stay up to 1 hour. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
