Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial in glioblastoma (GBM) comparing Senicapoc monotherapy (Group 1), Perampanel monotherapy (Group 2) and Senicapoc and perampanel combination therapy (Group 3) (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Maximum Tolerable Dose at 4 weeks and Number of patients excluded due to intolerability at 6 weeks. Started Mar 2026; status: recruiting.
