Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) comparing Henagliflozin (SGLT2 Inhibitor) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Myocardial FAPI Target-to-Background Ratio at 6 months. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
