Overview
Phase 4, randomised, triple-blind trial comparing Group A (Dexamethasone), Group B (Dexmedetomidine) and Group C (Dexamethasone + Dexmedetomidine) (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of rebound pain after the end of anesthesia at 24 hours. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
