Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), sponsored by Aspargo Laboratories. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Plasma Concentration-Time Curve from Time Zero to Last Quantifiable Concentration at 36 hours and Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration at 36 hours. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
