Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in influenza comparing Fluzone® High-Dose (HD) plus MK-1406 with Fluzone® HD plus Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Geometric Mean of Hemagglutinin Inhibition Titers at Day 29 and Percentage of Participants with Seroconversion Rates at Day 29. Started Nov 2025; status: recruiting.
