Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of personalized neoantigen vaccine (UC San Diego) and etakafusp alfa in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) (2 arms), sponsored by Washington University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Treatment-emergent adverse events at 115 days, Treatment-related adverse events at 115 days and 4 more. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
