Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) comparing Placebo + Background Therapy with Chiglitazar + Background Therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage of participants with resolution of steatohepatitis and no worsening of liver fibrosis at 72 weeks. Started Jan 2026; status: recruiting.
