Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of MER511 in Graves' disease (6 arms), sponsored by Merida Biosciences. Primary endpoints: Number of participants with Treatment-emergent adverse events at 24 weeks and Number of participants with clinically significant changes in ECGs, vital signs, clinical laboratory values, and physical examination at 24 weeks.
