Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 infection (HIV-1) comparing Moxifloxacin 400 mg + Placebo with Ulonivirine Dose 1 + Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in QT Interval Corrected for Heart Rate (QTc) Following Ulonivirine Administration up to 24 hours and Plasma Concentration of Ulonivirine at QTc Intervals (Cqtc) up to 24 hours.
