Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of QLS7305 in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and Complement 3 glomerulopathy (C3G) (4 arms), sponsored by Qilu Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoint: Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 337 days. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
