Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of ivarmacitinib in immune-related adverse event (irAE) and solid tumor (2 arms), sponsored by Fujian Medical University Cancer Hospital. Primary endpoints: Response rate to adverse reactions during the treatment cycle at 30 days and Discontinuation rate due to irAE at 90 days. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
