Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of elritercept in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), sponsored by Takeda. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants Achieving Transfusion Independence (TI) for Greater Than or Equal to 8 Weeks and Percentage of Participants Achieving Mean Hemoglobin Increase of >=1.5 g/dL for >=8 Weeks at 24 weeks.
