Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in gastric cancer (GC) comparing KN026 + Chemo +/- Enlonstobart (Phase II) with Trastuzumab + Chemo +/- Enlonstobart (Phase II) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Objective Response Rate at 5 years and Progression-Free Survival at 5 years. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
