Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of GT801 in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM), systemic sclerosis (SSc) and 2 more, sponsored by Grit Biotechnology. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants experiencing dose limiting toxicity at 28 days and Adverse Events occurring after infusion and their proportions at 3 months.
